YOGA TUNE UP®
A blend of yoga therapy, corrective exercise, and self massage. We will eradicate pain, improve posture, and enhance performance by identifying blind spots – areas that are working too much, too little, or incorrectly. The result? You live better in your body.
Why? Because we are addicted to ‘doing’. Restorative practice invites deep muscular release, calms the nervous system, and relaxes the mind. Better sleep, better digestion, improved mood, better immune function… the list goes on!
Thai massage uses deep massage, stretches, and point therapy to balance the entire body. It is a powerful form of bodywork that benefits the giver and receiver. Sessions are performed with the client fully clothed on a thick mat on the floor.
